Our resort is about 5 hours (249 kilometers) from Manila OR 2 and a half hours from Subic Bay. Take NLEX to Subic-Clark Expressway (SCTEX). From Subic Bay, follow “to (Sta.Cruz) Zambales” road directions. Check MAP to guide you through the road and be ableto take advantage of the shortcuts (triangles) in Zambales particularly Subic Bay, San Marcelino and Iba. Thru the MAP, you can by-pass several towns like Olongapo, San Antonio, Palauig, Masinloc and Candelaria to save several hours of extra travel. How do we get to Isla Vista Beach Resort by bus?

Call the Victory Liner Station and ask for their schedule of departure for Sta. Cruz, Zambales: thru www.victoryliner.com.ph, or call Caloocan Terminal at 361-15-06 to 10 or Sampaloc Station at 741-14-36. Upon return, you can call the Sta. Cruz, Zambales Station for their updated sechedule at (047)831-1337.


Take the Victory Liner Bus - from Caloocan, Sampaloc, Cubao or Pasay Station. Get the aircon bus with Sta Cruz destination. Ask the conductor to drop you off at Isla Vista, Uacon, Candelaria, Zambales and walk 100 meters from the highway. or get off at the Uacon Barangay Plaza and take a tricycle. Stations the bus will pass thru: Double Happiness, Food Station, Lubao, Pamapanga > Olongapo > Iba > get off at Ealdama St, Uacon, Candelaria > Sta. Cruz. The bus fare is about P450/person.

Upon return, you can wait for the bus at the Uacon highway giving an allowance of 30 minutes for the bus to travel from the Sta.Cruz Station. Refer to the bus schedule.

How do we get to Isla Vista Beach Resort from another country?

There are three airports you can choose from: Manila, Clark Pampanga and Subic Bay. Subic Bay is nearest to us, Clark Pampanga abount an hour from Subic, while Manila is about 5 hours travel to the resort.

Air Asia operates three times a week to Malaysia (Kuala Lumpur, Kuching, Subang) while Dragon Air operates chartered flights to Hong Kong once a week. the China Southern Airlines flies twice a week to Shenzen, China.

Potipot Island Day Tour

Potipot Island is right across our shore. We are the nearest kick off point, just a 3 - 5 minute boat ride away. We offer Boat Transfer. Potipot is a 7 hectare Island with white sand and blue clear water. You can walk around it in 30 minutes. Island entrance fee is at P100 per person payable to the island. Potipot is not part of our resort so we can’t entertain inquiries regarding its operations.


For our checked-in guests, boat tickets are available at the Information / Front Office. For NON - Guests, we charge Isla Vista Entrance fee of P150 per person and parking fee. earliest trip is at 7 AM and latest trip back is at 5 PM.

Can we bring our own food?

Yes, you can bring in food/drinks in the unit that you will take. Food/Drinks Corkage at P30/pax/day. No outside food/drinks in this Areas: Club House, where the bar / restaurant by the sea overlooking Potipot Island is located, Beach front swimming pool area, Pavilion and the Beach front cottages where the videokes are located.


You can do your marketing at Sta. Cruz Public Market (11 kms) or Candelaria Public Market (5 km).

Any place to go? To see? Or to dine?

You can break your travel by passing thru Subic Bay and do your duty free shopping. You can dine at Pier One Subic located the the Waterfront Street. It is the biggest restaurant overlooking Subic Bay and Zambales Mountains. Take a leisurely walk at their bay walk and experience Subic’s well known ambiance.
