*If the room or the package is available on the chosen date, you will need to pay the RESERVATION FEE amounting to 50% of the TOTAL AMOUNT.
*The RESERVATION FEE serves as DEPOSIT which will be deducted from the total, to be paid at the resort upon CHECK-IN.
*Payment of the RESERVATION FEE must be made before we CONFIRM YOUR RESERVATION.
*We accept RESERVATION FEE payment through BANK Deposit, online TRANSFER or CREDIT/Debit CARD via PayPal.

Along with the image of the DEPOSIT SLIP, please provide the following information: Name; room/package reserved; date reserved; number of persons arriving; amount paid; contact details-mobile numbers and email address.
*After payment, PayPal shall send an email acknowledging the transaction.
*Upon the receipt of the PROOF OF PAYMENT (Deposit Slip or PayPal Notification, screen shot of the online transfer/deposit), we will send you the CONFIRMATION and details OF RESERVATION.
Cancellation & Refund Policies
Refund applies if cancellation is made seven (7) days before reserved date.
The same applies with REBOOKING or RESCHEDULING.
*File a written notice of rebooking / cancellation at least 7 days before reserved date to firstname.lastname@example.org. Enumerate the reserved units and dates, and under whose name the reservation was made, BPI / BDO savings account number / complete account name, where the NET refund shall be deposited to.
Charges for Rebooking: P200.
Cancellation: deposit at BPI P300; BDO P400
Refunds shall take at least two (2) weeks to process from the receipt of the notice of cancellation.
